The "Combo Plan" is the top choice for someone with a home in the Nashville area who will be selling and buying another one in the Nashville area. It allows homeowners to retain equity by combining the sale and purchase together.

How do we help sellers retain equity? An often seen arrangement where a seller lists with a 6% commission split, 3% to listing agent , and 3% to the buyer’s agent. The person selling buys another house and there is a similar situation, even with a For Sale by Owner that offers 3% to the buying agent. What do we do differently?? We sell your house and you only pay a 3% fee to a buyer’s agent, we make our money a couple of different ways. First from representing you on the purchase of your home, secondly from your neighbors, and also from new buyers that want to retain more of their equity when they sell their home. For buyers that don’t have anything to sell, use me and I will sell your place without a commission charge!

My real estate experience spans 20 years. My mortgage background helped me learn the nuances of VA, FHA, and a multitude of Conventional loan options. I closed well over 1.000 contracts in 12 different states. My move into Executive Property Management with Fridrich & Clark in Green Hills added another level of knowledge to help clients explore their options when they need to move but the market timing isn’t ideal for selling a home.  I work well with clients wanting to build a rental portfolio for retirement cash flow or clients that want a clear picture of all their options when selling and buying real estate.
